Moses has over 10 years of experience as a business attorney, and is trusted among his clients and his peers for his integrity, optimism, and effectiveness. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions. Moses has helped many clients successfully navigate complex legal issues in this area. Moses also serves as ‘General Counsel’ for several companies. He holds a BA in Politics from the University of California (2006) with Highest Honors (go Slugs!), a Master’s from the London School of Economics (2007), and his JD from the American University Washington College of Law (2010).
Moses is passionate about his clients and committed to advancing their best interests. He’s a firm believer that business law practice is based on the fundamental purpose of creating win-win scenarios for all the parties involved.
On his free time Moses enjoys playing music, swimming, creative writing, and spending time with his children.

Haig Ter-Ghevondian is a civil litigation and transactional attorney based in Los Angeles California. In 2015, Haig received his Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University in History and Philosophy and his Juris Doctorate in 2020 from Southwestern Law School. Haig specializes in business litigation and contract disputes between parties and leads the litigation department in AM Law. His approach is to create a proper foundation between parties through careful contract drafting based upon the client’s unique needs when push comes to shove he is also ready to fight for the clients’ rights in court. In his free time, Haig teaches martial arts to children and adults and participates in non-profit work for the Center for Truth and Justice

Anahit Hairapetyan, Legal Assistant
Law can be intimidating. As our paralegal and office manager, Rosie has more than 20 years’ experience in various areas of the law, with a primary focus on civil litigation and transactional law, in which she currently supports both departments. She has a bachelor's in Business Adminitration-HR from CSU Stanislaus. In her spare time, Rosie volunteers with various non-profits organizations, which focus’ on youth. Rosie is also a Den Leader with Cub Scouts as her son is an active member.

Anahit Hairapetyan is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Irvine obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in Organization & Management, as well as marketing. She currently works as a legal assistant at AM Law and after graduating hopes to pursue a career in law.
On her free time Anahit loves to read or spend time with friends and family. Some of her hobbies include photography, playing sports and watching shows.

Soundarya Jayaraman is a recent graduate of LMU Loyola Law School and is currently awaiting her results from the July 2023 Bar Exam. During law school, she worked in-house with VIZIO and at a family law litigation firm. Prior to law school, she worked in business immigration and assisted in transactional matters as a transactional file clerk. She currently supports Moses in both transactional and litigation based work.
In her free time, Soundarya enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, and student-teaching Indian classical dance.
